PAN FRIED LAMB CAKES
Diced Lamb
500g
Ginger Paste
10g
Garlic Paste
15g
Chopped Coriander
5g
Red Chilli Powder
3g
Rose Petal Powder
1g
Mint Chopped
1/10 bunch
Chopped Onion
40g
Salt
to taste
Oil
80ml
Mint Chutney
1 portion
Method
Mix ginger garlic juice, salt, red chilli powder and diced lamb and blend it.
Place in a bowl and mix chopped mint , onion and coriander.
divide into 12 balls and flatten them.
Heat oil in a pan and add the lamb cakes, cook over medium heat for 4 minutes, turn over and heat for 3 minutes.
Serve with mint chutney
